Our Approach
Stone Event Planning specializes in full-service wedding planning and creative direction. We take a small number of weddings each year, and Gabrielle plans every one of them personally, from the first meeting to the end of the wedding day.

We begin where you begin: with the question of what kind of wedding you actually want. From that conversation we help develop (with a team of seasoned and creative vendors), and facilitate the creative direction that ties every visual decision together: venue, florals, lighting, music, food and beverage, stationery, and decor. The dozens of details guests will feel without consciously noticing. The only goal is a wedding that feels like yours.

A wedding has hundreds of moving parts. Our planning is intentional and proactive, accounting for every detail. Couples have access to a real-time status report throughout planning, so you always know where things stand, and a master timeline vetted by the entire vendor team.

We deliberately take on a small number of weddings each year. It's how we can promise the couples we work with that Gabrielle plans every wedding personally, that the same person who answers the first email is the person managing the day-of twelve to eighteen months later.
The work we do takes time to do well, and we prefer to plan fewer weddings the way we know how to do them, rather than more weddings any other way.
