Managing the budget
Facilitating and attending meetings and communication between vendors and client
Coordinating hotel room blocks and all guest-related activities
Coordinating ancillary events related to larger event like rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches
Creating a real-time status report encapsulating all details of the event and all necessary steps prior to the event
Creating/circulating a master timeline for all vendors and managing the event on the day-of
